A Normal Sunday

today is just like always wake up in the morning,went to pavilion for breakfast and the cheap and tasty italian coffee and cake.i normally order tiramisu cake and a cup of normal coffee,for that kind of enviroment,coffee,wifi and cake its only RM10.With RM10 you can only get a cup of coffee and a lot of ppl share the wifi(internet not that fast).i know that this is super random!!!

Golla Challenge at Frames

That morning after camp we actually when down stairs to frames to see how was nisha it turn out to be a food challenge betwee n me and tj.Tj started it first,i went out to unlock the doors for jian sheng and su wee to think should i eat.i made my decision of taking the challenge,beginning it was tasty until the last part it was hard to put it through your throat.Su wee took a lot of pics of us finishing the plate of upsized food,when i look back i saw myself eating like a monster.my mouth and hans were coverd with diffrent kinds of sauces.Now i think that i am just making a joke out of myself.i shouldn't ate the plate of burgers and fries.ppl always say do things that you wouldn't regret,i feel bad of myself.I am really not sure what do web,josie,su wee,jian sheng,nisha,tj think about me.

Takwondo Greding/normal sunday

today was the day i will be greding for poum belt,after 1 years of skipping gredings,now i start to realised i have wasted 356days learning the same teaguk again and again.the only person who has the height to spar with me is yong hao,what i can say is i injured my leg when i spar with him.after i injured my leg,i still need to do push ups n sit ups. why cant they let us do the push/sit ups 1st rather that after sparring everyones leg are tired.after greding we went to uncle james place to see some furniture.i was surprised to see steph there,we chat until he went home."triple h",ah loi,yi chong went to times square.sometimes i do think that my life is worst,when he said he is having intensive tuition class from 8am till 7pm at night,my reaction was i am very lucky(talking to myself).happy to see steph there,i heard kah mun and ahmoi are together now .steph said that xin qi likes him and maybe they will be together.OMG once holidays started somemany ppl are in pairs.

changed a new layout

after so many ppl complained about my words are too small,finally i've used 4 hours to redo my layout.what does my layout looks like???a Mac right?actually i wanted to put and iphone layout but it doesnt suit a blog then i found this quite special layout.do test it out.

ok now back to coaching

Now i only start to blog again after some many weeks.i got selected to coach iag yea!!that day when i receive the call,i was like super happy and jumping around my room.i sms jia yun,mic,nicole,nat.......,they all have been selected.congrat to all who have been selected(althought the some of the camp have end).before getting the call i was walking around my house again n again.

now i just came back from my trip and waiting for 13/12 n 15/12 this2 dates are important 1 is my birthday 1 is iag.this time round i have been promoted to a coach,so need to prepare and be ready for the camp. :)

this trip was fun,i really wanted to see sally but he is having his year end exam so cant over night at his place.overrall the places we went where ok except for nanjing(nothing to see,waste of time) and wuxi(places was fun,hotel sucks(heater rosak)).ppl say suzhou should a lot of leng lui but when i reach there,most of them are not ok.i sms with calvin and i ask him are leng lui in suzhou?calvin reply not really.haiz

when to the silk factory and saw some silk worm(i ate some fried silk worms the previous day in hangzhou),i pity them when they die,they will be either become silk or food.they so cute!!!but the factory restrict us for taking pictures.
