Some Words in my Head

after aug's iag camp and after the chat with queenie,tj,bryan and elvin feedback from everyone are going in and out from my head.I will always ask myself am i worthy to be a coach???i always think that to get promoted,the way to be promoted is to coach a lot of times,but now i think that i need more then that.it doesn't mean u coach 10x u are going to be promoted.Now every action i make,i will think over it clearly.I want to be a more understanding and mature person.
