Probably Nikon or Canon. Sony doesn't seems to perform well at high ISO. As for me, I own the Canon EOS 450D, it's a good entry-level model. If you can't afford it, of you want to get more lenses, you may go for EOS 1000D. Or you may want to go straight to EOS 1Ds Mark III. Hehe, go and check the price for it xD
